Research For Final Shoot
For my time photography, my keywords I'm choosing are history, culture, society and time travel. I'm photographing buildings that have a history in them, but then have a totally different way communicating with the public now.
I will include people in my photos to show an unexpected way of how the building is being used.
With my shoot, I plan on shooting in low light or at night time, which means I have to keep the ISO set to 400 or less, because of the noise it would create otherwise.
As most of the buildings I am photographing are so much more taller than where I am photographing from (the ground), I will have to be careful of the distortion within my photos. I have to try my best to keep all the lines vertical, and to have a reasonable angle. The 2 pictures below are a good example of this, in which one is distorted taken from the ground, and the other being leveled. The low angle shot makes the buildings seem more dramatic, which may be a good approach compared to a boring 2D like image.
